Welcome to Pendleton Hills! I am David Bay, I purchased this property in late 2018 and we have been making improvements since. We are excited to invite you to join us in transforming this 55-year-old property into something truly spectacular. There are numerous opportunities for you to get involved and make your mark on our history. This is a community effort, and we warmly extend our invitation for you to participate. Rachael Wright

Vice President

Rachael oversees all aspects of business development at Pendleton Hills. She is responsible for scheduling events and is also an experienced wedding coordinator and planner. Whether you are planning a small gathering or a large-scale event, we can accommodate your needs. If you’re interested in hosting an event at Pendleton Hills, please reach out to us—Rachel and our team are here to ensure your occasion is a memorable one. We will be scheduling large events and weddings at Pendleton Hills starting in 2027.

Priscilla Gravett

Manager of Restaurant Operations

Priscilla has over 15 years of experience managing food and restaurant operations at various locations owned by David. She values your input on menu selections that can be prepared from our food truck. Additionally, as we prepare for the reopening of our newly renovated restaurant, we would greatly appreciate your suggestions for the new menu. Your feedback is crucial to us, and we look forward to incorporating your ideas.

Andy Koenig

Superintendent of Grounds

Andy honed his skills right here at Pendleton Hills. Formerly the Superintendent of Grounds at Northern Kentucky University, he returned to Pendleton Hills in 2018 following its acquisition by David. From 2019 to the present, Andy and his exceptional team have made remarkable improvements to the golf course, elevating it to one of the finest in the state of Kentucky.

Bill Schuetz

PGA Golf Pro & Director of Golf

Bill Schuetz, Pendleton Hills Country Club Head PGA Professional with over 40 years of experience in the golf industry. He began his professional career at Summit Hills Cub, where he spent 27 years as an assistant and later as their Head PGA Professional. Bill also spent 4 years serving the membership at Highland Country Club as their Head PGA Professional. Bill is a Quarter Century Member of the PGA of America. He loves promoting this wonderful game to all but especially the youth. 

Bill grew up in Alexandria attending Campbell County High School, where he played varsity golf for 4 years. He attended Northern Campbell Technical College graduating with an associate degree in graphic arts. He worked 6 months in the printing industry before his true passion came calling. 

Bill resides in Alexandria with his wife Lori. They have 3 children Logan, Griffin and Olivia.

Emilie Bertram

Assistant Director of Golf

Emilie Bertram is a Pendleton County native with a passion for golf, hospitality, and creative marketing. For the past four years, she has studied marketing and PGA Golf Management at Eastern Kentucky University while gaining hands-on experience at respected clubs, including Idle Hour Country Club, Lexington Country Club, and the Country Club of the Rockies in Vail, Colorado.

Emilie is excited to bring fresh ideas, energy, and creativity to The Hills, with a focus on creating a welcoming, modern club experience for the community today and for years to come.

Stephanie Gregg

Bar Management

Stephanie boasts a distinguished career in the food and beverage industry. After a successful stint at O’Charley’s, she returned to her hometown and joined the team at Pendleton Hills, driven by her passion for both golf and the restaurant and bar sector. If you have any drink recommendations, please share them with Stephanie. We are currently refining our drink selections for the upcoming launch of our newly rebuilt restaurant, and your input would be invaluable.

Christina Bay

Corporate Secretary

Tina serves as the corporate secretary and co-owner of Pendleton Hills, overseeing all aspects of property decor. If you have any suggestions for the decor of our new construction—including the main building, tiny homes, and tree houses—please share them with Tina. We aim to theme as many tiny homes and tree houses as possible, drawing inspiration from local culture and heritage in Kentucky. Your ideas are welcome as we strive to reflect the unique spirit of our region.
