This class will be a mixture of low impact cardio work with a focus on weight and strength training.  Hand weights are recommended (2, 3 or 5 pound weights) and a yoga mat or towel for floor work would be helpful.  The class is designed for all ages and levels of fitness.  It will be a 60 minute class set to a variety of upbeat music. The class is free for Members and $10.00 for Non Members

Loran Martinez has been teaching a variety of fitness and dance classes since 2012. This summer she will be teaching water aerobics that is a mixture of dance cardio, strength, stretching in the water. Water aerobics is a low impact class that any fitness level can tweak to work against the water at your own pace! Come join us in the pool with great music and fun! Members are free, non-members are $10.00.
