Water Aerobics with Loran Martinez

Loran Martinez has been teaching a variety of fitness and dance classes since 2012. This summer she will be teaching water aerobics that is a mixture of dance cardio, strength, stretching in the water. Water aerobics is a low impact class that any fitness level can tweak to work against the water at your own pace! Come join us in the pool with great music and fun!
Members are FREE and non-members are $10.00 per person.
