Lift and Tone with Mallory Wolfe

An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, repeating until August 30, 2019
This class will be a mixture of low impact cardio work with a focus on weight and strength training. Hand weights are recommended (2, 3 or 5 pound weights) and a yoga mat or towel for floor work would be helpful. The class is designed for all ages and levels of fitness. It will be a 60 minute class set to a variety of upbeat music.
The classes are free for Members and $10.00 each class for Non Members.
