Dance fitness class is a mix of low-intensity dance-based cardio and low-impact strength training. Calorie-crushing total body workout by the great music! This dance workout targets 3 major muscle groups—upper body, abs and legs—so you’ll feel it where you need it. Beginner-friendly, no dance experience is needed!
Anna is an American Council on Exercise certified group fitness instructor and a founder of Feel Good Fitness. She has taught a variety of classes for a broad range of participants, starting her career in Russia over 20 years ago. She had Aerobics class in Falmouth at Tone&Tan for over 7 years. Then she took a break to take care of her newborn son. After a few years she started her classes in a new format and created Feel Good Fitness program. She offered classes at Tone&Tan and at The Training Ground in Falmouth. Last summer she accepted a position at NKU Campus Recreation and has been teaching group fitness classes there. Dance fitness is her favorite format and she truly believes in helping all people feel welcome to work out and have fun in a judgement free environment.
